Darja Malesic

Darja Malesic graduated from the Royal College of Art in London and worked for many years in the luxury fashion industry as a fashion designer, mainly in Italy. She designed for companies like Dolce&Gabbana and John Richmond. After moving to Slovenia, she founded the ethical lifestyle brand Flowe Craft in 2018, where she is collaborating directly with various Slovenian wicker artisans. Two collections of wicker products designed by Darja have been awarded the Badge of Design Excellence ”Made in Slovenia” by the Centre for Creativity which operates under the Museum of Architecture and Design, Slovenia. They were also included in more than 40 exhibitions and design events such as Milano Design Week, Dutch Design Week, Paris Design Week, Vienna Design Week and Berlin Design Week.
